  Supplementary School
 
  Supplementary classes run on  Saturdays during the term time. These classes provides essential opportunity for our children to supplement their normal school classes with additional tuition in GCSE subjects. We have also introduced 11+   classes.

Jayanti Surti, BSc, MSc,

 

Jayantibhai, tutor on Mathematics, has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, M.Sc. in Highway and Traffic Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer and makes learning interesting by giving examples of how various areas of Mathematics are used in engineering and everyday life.

Nagesh Odedra, B.Sc., Cert. Ed., B.Ed., Dip. Comp. Ed.,

 

Nageshbhai is a tutor in Mathematics. He retired last year from a full time teaching where he was Head of Mathematics at a Secondary School. He brings extensive and excellent teaching experience.

200+ children have benefited from additional tuition.

 

 

Julie Deering, BSc

 

Julie is a qualified English teacher with years of experience in teaching English as a supply teacher. Julie joined SHCC in January 2008 and will take English classes, as well as contribute towards the development of supplementary school.

Many have gone onto further studies at University and embarked on professional careers

 

 

Bhavesh Chauhan, MSc

 

Bhavesh will take the 11 Plus classes. Bhavesh has a B.Sc. in Maths & Physics and M.Sc. in Physics. He has over 15 years teaching experience and also brings a wealth of Training and Consulting expertise from industry. He has been teaching at SHCC since 2001 and also taught at Solihull College, City College and Abbey College, Birmingham

 

 

 

Mahendra Dabhi BSc, MSc

 

Mahendra has a joint degree in Mathematics and Physics, and works as a project manager. He bring extensive training and management experience, He has keen interest in Education and has a long association with the Supplementary School. Due to his other responsibilities, Mahendra will be a fill in tutor for Science and Maths.   

 

 

 

Jayprakash Jina, BSc, MMath, MSc, MBA

 

Jayprakash, a tutor in Science has a degree in Applied Mathematics. Besides being a tutor in the Open University, he has also taught in Warwick University. Jay has an interest in the Teaching and History of Science and brings extensive training and consulting expertise as well as senior management experience from industry.

 

 

 

Jaina Patel, BSc

 

Jaina has a BSc degree Computer Science and is currently teaching at a Secondary School. As a former pupil of Supplementary School, Jaina appreciates the benefits of the assistance from the additional tuition and has joined this year to provide administration support.
